We share your information with Foundation Technology, Inc. ("Foundation"), our application developer and technology platform provider for the Home Base app and for our text messaging program. Foundation accesses your data only to the extent necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the app and the messaging service on our behalf, and is bound by confidentiality and data processing obligations.
With your consent or as permitted by applicable law, we may share your information with carefully selected partners whose products and services are directly related to homeownership, home improvement, home warranty, or home services ("Home-Related Partners"). These partners may include home warranty providers, smart home technology companies, and home services vendors. This sharing does not include mobile phone numbers collected for text messaging, or any text messaging opt-in or consent data, which are never shared with Home-Related Partners or with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.

New Home Inc. LLC offers SMS notifications through the New Home Inc. LLC Home Base platform. These text messages are sent by Foundation Technology, Inc. ("Foundation"), our technology and messaging platform provider, in connection with your New Home Inc. LLC home. Foundation is responsible for obtaining and documenting your consent to receive these messages and for honoring your opt-out requests.
Program description. When you opt in and verify your mobile number, we collect your mobile number and a record of your consent. You will receive recurring automated transactional messages about your home, including activity updates, construction milestone progress, document uploads, action item assignments, and event reminders. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
How messaging data is shared. To deliver these messages, your mobile number and related data are shared only with the service providers that operate the messaging platform and transmit the messages, including Foundation and the telecommunications carriers, and only for that purpose.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other data-sharing categories described in this Policy, including sharing with Home-Related Partners, exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties, except with the service providers described above solely to deliver the messaging service.
