We support a variety of organizations and charities, including Operation Coming Home and The House That She Built, an initiative to generate awareness of the skilled trades to underrepresented communities. The book and merchandise supporting The House That She Built are designed to cultivate curiosity in young people about the building trades. The proceeds of each purchase go to support workforce development initiatives in the homebuilding industry.
