Let’s go beyond the expected to things you might not even know you need. In addition to a walk-in pantry, New Home Inc. includes a service pantry, something we call a “messy kitchen”. We’ve designed the second floor of The Morehead to give each member the privacy they want for the bedrooms, while also adding creativity, thoughtful flow, and functionality. We’ve used vestibules and angled entry for a unique look and situated the laundry on the second floor, where it makes the most sense.
The owner’s suite reflects the input and ideas from our research into homeowners’ preferred features. Through the French doors, enter the large bedroom, which is accentuated with a tray ceiling. Make this room even more luxurious with a sitting room, a quiet retreat that will become one of your favorite spots in the house. The ensuite spa bath gives you both a freestanding tub and an oversized shower with a bench, as well as dual but separate vanities and a private water closet. Each secondary bedroom has a walk-in closet. Two bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bath, while the third has an adjacent full bath of its own.
