Let’s go beyond the expected to things you might not even know you need. In addition to a walk-in pantry, New Home Inc. includes a service pantry, something we call a “messy kitchen”. Use it for storage, add a sink for a clean-up space that keeps the messes out of sight, or create a dedicated beverage station.

Are you working from home? The Morehead has a spacious home office off the foyer, enclosed with French doors.

The Morehead’s garage can be expanded from a 2-car to a 3-car. New Home Inc. also gives you the option of changing the orientation from front-facing to sideloaded, whichever size you choose. If an electric car is in your present or future, consider the charging station in the garage. We provide an electric car charging 220V plug in the garage.

Outdoor living space is essential. The Morehead gives you two ways to experience it. The screened porch and rear deck are both included, so you can decide on sun or shade.

We’ve designed the second floor of The Morehead to give each member the privacy they want for the bedrooms, while also adding creativity, thoughtful flow, and functionality. We’ve used vestibules and angled entry for a unique look and situated the laundry on the second floor, where it makes the most sense.

The owner’s suite reflects the input and ideas from our research into homeowners’ preferred features. Through the French doors, enter the large bedroom, which is accentuated with a tray ceiling. Make this room even more luxurious with a sitting room, a quiet retreat that will become one of your favorite spots in the house. The ensuite spa bath gives you both a freestanding tub and an oversized shower with a bench, as well as dual but separate vanities and a private water closet. The owner’s suite’s walk-in closet has enough space to function as a dressing room.

Each secondary bedroom has a walk-in closet. Two bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bath, while the third has an adjacent full bath of its own. Completing the second floor is a large game room with a closet.
